Please read the following Terms of Enjoyment carefully. They describe how we expect when you enjoy and use our services. You agree to the Marbella Tantra Massage Terms and Conditions (Terms of Enjoyment) by booking a Marbella Tantra Massage.

BOOKING INFORMATION:
To make a reservation, we require some or all of the following details:

1. For bookings, we will need your email or phone number to communicate regarding the booking.

2. Please note that we handle all personal information securely and maintain your confidentiality, as described in our Privacy Policy. You must make an enquiry or reservation to use our Marbella Tantra Massage services.

AGE APPROPRIATE – LEGAL REQUIREMENT
If you are fortunate enough to look under 18 years of age, we may request valid identification before commencing the service.

TERMS OF SERVICE FEES

1. Payment Schedule
For Marbella Tantra Massages, full payment is required upfront. There will be no discounts, partial refunds, or reductions to the agreed payments.

Once the “Masseuse Consultation” is completed, the fees are non-refundable. Refunds are only available if there is an issue with the service (see REFUNDS).

ALCOHOL AND DRUGS
We will not serve clients who appear excessively drunk or intoxicated by drugs or alcohol. If a client arrives in such a condition, a cancellation fee will be charged. Marbella Tantra Massages has a zero-tolerance drug policy. Clients found using drugs will forfeit their massage booking.

DIRECT COMUNICATIONS
You cannot make bookings on behalf of third parties unless a third party has prearranged a translation or requires assistance due to a disability. Each client must provide their contact information if they wish to book multiple masseuses.

MASSEUSE BOUNDARIES
Masseuses offer a service that clients should enjoy in an entirely passive manner. Your masseuse will discuss the details of your session during your consultation.
Marbella Tantra Massage is available to answer any questions you may have before making a booking. Our masseuses are not escort, and we do not offer sexual services.

HYGIENE
Masseuses have the right to ask clients to shower before they begin their massage. To accommodate this, we offer clients a complimentary 10 minutes during their booking. Any additional time spent in the bath or using other facilities is considered paid time, reducing the total massage duration.

CANCELLATIONS
We require immediate notice if a client wants to cancel a booked reservation. Only make bookings if you have a reasonable expectation of arriving on-time. Management reserves the right to cancel any future bookings if a client has multiple cancellations.

Before Arrival
A standard cancellation fee of €50 is due if a booking is cancelled less than 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.

After Arrival
Once you have made the full payment and the massage has started, we will not offer any refunds or discounts.

REFUSAL OF SERVICES
Management and masseuses reserve the right not to serve clients based on several factors. We will refuse service to clients who behave rudely, verbally or physically, or who are not punctual. We have a zero abuse policy.

TERMS OF ENJOYMENT REFUNDS POLICY
Marbella Tantra Massage is an exclusive SPA business that connects clients with massage therapists. It’s essential to understand our stance on refunds.

Payment Processing: We engage in or handle payment transactions. We have financial involvement in the booking process, and clients make payments to us.

1. Once the amount paid, it will not be refunded. Please book your session only after you are sure about your timing.

2. In case of any sudden emergency or personal problem, if we are informed in advanced 24 hours prior to the schedule session for Marbella Tantra Massage, the session can be re-scheduled. It will be decided by us whether to re-scheduled the session or not after evaluating the emergency of our client. Please note, no money will be refunded.

3. In case if the client doesn’t respond properly on time, once after our therapists at our designated premises, session will be called cancelled. No money will be refunded and no session will be re-scheduled. Also the client have pay full due amount further next session when he/she books in future.
